By accessing or using adstok.store and the Adstok LLC platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Adstok LLC.
Adstok LLC is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with TikTok, ByteDance Ltd, or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. TikTok and ByteDance are trademarks of their respective owners.
Adstok LLC operates as a worldwide marketplace connecting independent TikTok content creators with brands for advertising and marketing campaigns. We facilitate introductions and campaign management but do not employ creators or control brand relationships.
Access to the platform is strictly limited to adults (18+). Registration constitutes your certification of legal age. To use Adstok LLC, you must also possess an active TikTok account with a minimum of 10,000 authentic followers. Eligibility is verified through official TikTok API verification. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You must maintain the security of your credentials and immediately notify us of any unauthorized access. You may not share your account or allow others to use it on your behalf.
Creators retain all intellectual property rights to their original content. By participating in campaigns, creators grant brands a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved content solely for the agreed campaign purposes and duration.
When you participate in a campaign, you grant the brand a limited license to use your content (including likeness and voice) for the specified campaign scope. This license does not transfer ownership and terminates upon campaign completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must not use fraudulent followers, bots, automated engagement, or any artificial means to inflate metrics. Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, and content that violates TikTok Community Guidelines or applicable law are strictly prohibited.
Users must communicate respectfully and professionally with brand partners. Timely responses, honest representation of capabilities, and adherence to agreed deliverables are required. Breach of professional conduct may result in account suspension.
Platform fees are transparent and agreed upon per campaign. Fees are disclosed before campaign acceptance. Adstok LLC may charge a commission or service fee as set forth in the campaign terms. Payments are processed through Stripe and/or PayPal; Adstok LLC does not store your full payment card or bank account credentials on its own systems.
Payouts and charges are processed through Stripe and PayPal as applicable. Adstok LLC does not store bank card numbers or full bank account details; such information is handled solely by our payment processors under their own terms, privacy policies, and security standards. The minimum withdrawal threshold for creators is USD 50. PayPal transaction fees, where applicable, are borne exclusively by the creator and are deducted from the amount sent. Payment terms are specified in each campaign agreement. Adstok LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or inaccurate user-provided payment information.
Users are solely responsible for their own tax compliance, including reporting income and paying applicable taxes in their jurisdiction. Adstok LLC does not provide tax advice. Users may receive tax documentation as required by law.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of external sites. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adstok LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the platform.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Adstok LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your use of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraud, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or failures of third-party services.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any campaign-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adstok LLC and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from or relating to them or the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Unless otherwise required by mandatory law or agreed in writing, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, United States, to resolve any dispute not subject to arbitration. Where arbitration applies, it shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitral institution and Wyoming law shall govern the agreement to arbitrate.
